As a hula hoop beginner, I recommend an ON-BODY hoop. This should be about as large in diameter as the measurement between the floor and your belly button. Especially petite built hoopies are welcome to choose one size smaller and all curvys one size larger.
Want to really get started with hoop dancing? Then choose a starter set of an ON-BODY hoop (hoop spins around the body) and an OFF-BODY hoop (tricks are performed with the hands).

Here everything is handmade. Depending on the order volume, shipping times may therefore vary. However, usually your hula hoop will be shipped 3 days after payment is received.

In my hoop manufactory many, colorful hula hoops are created. In doing so, I cater to the individual needs of the customers. Because especially at the beginning it is important that a sense of achievement becomes visible. If hula hooping just doesn’t work out, it’s often because of the wrong hoop! Not everyone has the same body size and stature, so how can a standard industrial tire fit everyone’s needs?
