If you’re still in the beginning stages of your hoop dancing journey, these hoops are a good iced riser model. Even advanced hoopies like to reach for the big hoops every now and then, because they can create a very special flow feeling. They’re also great workout partners when it comes to getting out and exercising core muscles.
For the right size, the measurement between the floor and the navel is a good guide here. Should you be a bit more petite built or already know some onbody tricks, you can also choose a size smaller. If you’re a little more curvy statuesque or still struggling with a trick (shoulder hooping, for example), choose a size larger.
