Mini Hoops are available in sizes 50, 55 or 60. The hula hoop should be at least your arm length so you can perform most mini hoop tricks well.

Grip:

For better grip, choose a grip tape to go with it. The tape is applied inside and prevents the hoop from slipping out of the hand.
