Also in M\u00fcnster you can see more and more hoopies in the park and along the canal. But I didn&#8217;t expect the hoop dance workshops to be so well received right away!<\/p>\n<p>During my training as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hoopflow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hoopflow<\/a> trainer, I got into conversation with the girls from <a href=\"https:\/\/hi-diy.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HI-DIY<\/a> M\u00fcnster. Olga and Meike have founded a platform for workshop offers in M\u00fcnsterland. A super great idea, in my opinion. Of course I was very happy about the request to give a hoop dance workshop!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-image has_ratio align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><div style=\"padding-bottom:133.3333%\"><\/div><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/luckyhoops.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/reifen_skaliert-768x1024.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>On 02.07.2021 12 participants gathered in the Friedenspark M\u00fcnster. The days before it was still raining cats and dogs and my biggest worry was that the event would &#8220;fall into the water&#8221;. Fortunately, the weather gods were merciful to us and it stayed dry. During the workshop, even the cloud cover broke and the sun greeted us for the first time in days!<\/p>\n<p>I am totally thrilled with how much interest the participants showed. Especially because Hoop Dance is still rather unknown in this country compared to Hoop Fitness. None of the participants had ever held a dance hoop before. I was curious to see how well the group would do with the instructions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>In 1,5 hours we learned together 5 OFF-BODY tricks and put them together to a little choreography. I was really lucky with the troop, because everyone got along well.<\/p>\n<p>The next workshop is already being planned, because everyone really had a lot of fun. Simply escape from everyday life &#8211; what better way than with exercise, fresh air and music!<\/p>\n<p>I am looking forward to offering hoop dance workshops in my adopted hometown M\u00fcnster more often in the near future.
